I am a Hospice Chaplain, Licensed Minister, Spiritual Director and "wannabe" Mystic who loves the Bible and finds it an infinite source of inspiration and contemplation. I also am a composer, singer and multi-instrumentalist, with a focus on therapeutic and contemplative music. I am certified as a Clinical Musician through the Harp for Healing program, and have been trained and approved to provide vibroacoustic harp therapy (VAHT). I also play harp for meditative experiences such as Taizé services or labyrinth walks and at the bedside for patients in their homes, in hospitals and nursing homes. I have a master’s degree from George Mason University, a bachelor’s degree from Georgia College and a certificate in Spiritual Direction from the HeartPaths Spirituality Center. I have been a speaker at retreats and conferences throughout the US for over 30 years. A retired oncology nurse, I have over 30 years of healthcare experience with diverse populations in multiple care settings. When I'm not doing something musical, I enjoy traveling, reading, calligraphy and spending time with family, including my 4 grandchildren. All of these things are, for me, how I experience God.
